Randy Clark and the Global Awakening Team celebrated 25 years of Global Awakening with a beautiful and power-filled reunion of Happy and Randy.
There were plenty of power things "HAPpening." From elevator explosions (in the spirit lol) To high fives that lead to FT's (floor times). God was making His point known. THIS IS NOT JUST FOR YOU.
As old friends chatted about the former glories the new stories of our house were told. Tears filled the room as the stories were told of how God has met not only our house but also the revival being experienced in the Texas town of Corpus Christi, the home of Texas A&M and New Life Church led by Pastor Mike Fehlauer. They have seen 6,000 baptisms in 6 years and thousands of salvations since. The stories of portable tanks and lives forever changed stirred fresh passion in the TVC Crew present.
Randy while praying for our church began to weep as he shared we are in a "Kadesh Barnea moment" The name Kadesh Barnea is thought to mean "the holy place of the desert of wandering." Where Moses and Aaron's generation couldn't pass through to the promised land the next generation did. "The glory fell in that moment, and we all began to weep" the guys described.
The team was invited to help lead the impartation.
The room was filled with joy and power. The marker of the invitation to "Take Another Drink."

"We know that there has been SO much that God has done over the last week and so we wanted to create a little extra space this coming week to celebrate, tell stories, and pray for one another." The note in our calendar invite this week for Review - Preview. From the testimony shared by Jim Plank and the blank page salvation to the cry of Tammy Lorez heart to see here in Champaign an outouring, to the evanglelism sweeping our college campus, God is amoung us here. Aubrie Sillings had a very clear vision of what she felt the Lord was inviting us into this season.
"I saw clay people on a board and we're going into fire. We are being refined, okay? Clay, yeah, we're getting refined. If clay gets hit, without being in the fire, it's gonna get smashed. So, we have to be refined to harden, because when a wave comes when a wave comes and water gets wet, it's gonna be mud.
So we need to be fine. Guys, it's on about us. It's not about our calling.
It's about Jesus, but yet we're gonna be living in tension because you want to use
uS. I see it add subtract multiply divide, add subtract multiply divide. Do I know what that means? No, but I see a wave coming, but we have to be hardened. So we have to be refined. We have to lay the things down here, okay? He wants to refine us. So I see him putting us in a fire in this time and hardening us. So when a wave comes and hits, we will be able to stay." Prompt: "Refine me, God, burn up all that can't stay."
Four Months until More Love More Power 2025
More Love More Power is only 116 days away. For some that might provoke a deep "gulp." lol We know this is the biggest event we host here as a church. A lot of hours and work go into planning, creating, dreaming, preaching, team gathering, and everything else that goes into a conference. But AS WE PREPARE...Prepare the work yes, but prepare your heart, prepare your life, prepare your eyes, prepare your ears. Preparation is a thematic principle in the Bible. In one case we know the call of John the Baptist was to "prepare the way of the Lord." Preparation in this case is wildly personal. Many have already begun this "personal work" with the Holy Spirit which is preparation. Here is a prayer to pray in preparation: "Holy Spirit, will you reveal to me what will not serve me well in this next season. Jesus I lay "this" at your feet."
